HRD ministry considering changes in Science course
The University Grants Commission is working on a module to make live research part of undergraduate courses and interaction between scientific institutes and university students mandatory for the postgraduate studies. ,Replica Mulberry
The initiative is part of the ministrys decision to improve the scientific research in universities and colleges. The ministry has approved the recommendations of a task force headed by Prof.M.M.Sharma.
According to the ministry,cheap sunglass, the UGC has already decided to make scientific research part of undergraduate courses. Universities are being asked to revise the syllabus to incorporate the new initiatives .The commission is also making changes to the National Eligibility test mandatory for the eligibility for a college teachers job science subjects. Furthermore, UGC is changing eligibility criteria while appointing science teachers in colleges and universitities. Other changes include the exchange of faculty between different science institutions and doubling the intake of the Ph.D students to central and deemed universities by 2010 and improving the gender ratio.

Erasmus Mundus MA Special Education Needs (SEN)
This Programme involves three European partner Universities namely: Roehampton University-London (UK), Charles University-Prague {Czech Republic) and Fdntys University of Professional Education-Tilburg (Holland). It focuses on SEN within Europe as well as in selected third world country contexts. The EU Commission will grant scholarships to highly qualified third world country graduates to fol?low a selected Erasmus Mundus Masters Course in the institutions partici?pating in the course. The MA SEN consortia will apply to the Commission for scholarship funds. Scholarships are paid through the MA SEN consortia.
